I called in to ask a question but both Kathy - the office manager - and Roni were out of the office. Mike stepped in and took my call, answered my question in short order, and made me feel like I was the most important thing happening in his office that day. "I DIDN'T HAVE THE EXPERIENCE, THESE PEOPLE HAVE OR CLAIM, I'M NOT GOING TO USE THE RACE CARD, BUT I WAS TREATED DIFFERENTLY FROM THE OTHERS, THAT POSTED THEIR REVIEWS AND MY MONEY SPEND THE SAME, AND I'M PAYING A LOT FOR MY CAR INSURANCE, THAT I'M HAVING PROBLEMS COLLECTING ON A CLAIM, THAT I WAS NOT AT FAULT, EVERYTIME I GO INTO THIS OFFICE, THAT I ONLY VISIT TWICE, AND LIVE 2 BLOCKS AWAY, I GET THIS ATTITUDE FROM NICOLE, I BARELY SEE ANYONE IN THE OFFICE, IT EMPTY, THE MAJORITY OF TIME, WHEN I TOLD NICOLE THAT I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME, SHE REPLIED YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT, I'M NOT GOING NO WHERE, (HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT) WHEN I TALKED TO MR. PATRICK HE SAID, THE SAME THING, SHE WASN'T GOING NO WHERE, I DIDN'T ASKED FOR HER TO BE FIRED OR ANYTHING, I WAS ASKING TO BE TREATED AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT, SO I DECIDED TO CHANGE AGENT, AND BE TRANSFER TO THE OTHER STATE FARM OFFICE, THAT SHARES THE SAME SPACE AS MIKE PATRICK, (RONI SIEGEL OFFICE) THAT WHEN I CALLED HER OFFICE, I TALKED TO THIS EMPLOYEE WORKING FROM HOME AND SET EVERYTHING UP FOR MY TRANSFER WITH THE COMPANY (NOT AT THAT LOCATION) I WILL GIVE MY REVIEW ON WHAT HAPPENED AT RONI SIEGEL OFFICE, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE OF COLOR TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ADDRESS/LOCATION.... AND, MR. PATRICK IS BLACK, THE BAD PART IS I LIVE IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA/THE GOLD COAST AND I WAS TREATED LIKE I'M A UNWANTED, UNWELCOME STRANGER BEGGING FOR A HANDOUT, NO I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER THAT PAYING A LOT OF MONEY MONTHLY"
